This example is based on the GD32G553Q-EVAL-V1.0 board, it shows how to use the TRNG
peripheral to generate random 32bit numbers in NIST mode. If application initialize the
TRNG module successfully, it will print success message using USART to PC hyperthermia,
otherwise it will print error message. After the random number is generated, the application
turns off the TRNG module and reads eight consecutive random numbers from the register and
prints them to PC hyperthermia.

The USARTx is configured as follows:
   - BaudRate = 115200 baud
   - Word Length = 8 Bits
   - One Stop Bit
   - No parity
   - Hardware flow control disabled (RTS and CTS signals)
   - Receive and transmit enabled
