This example is based on the GD32G553Q-EVAL-V1.0 board,
it shows how to use the LPTIMER to wake up the MCU from deepsleep mode.

Press key(KEY_A) to enter deepsleep mode, then LED1 stops in a certain status (on
or off). When the LPTIMER count value matches the value of compare register, mcu will be
wakeuped from deepsleep mode, and the transfer goes on normally and LED1 sparks again.

In this demo, LPTIMER is clocked by IRC32K and starts counting by the signal on the
LPTIMER_ETI0 (PC3). The external signal is connected to LPTIMER_ETI0 (PC3) pin and the
rising edge is used as active edge.

The LPTIMER_ETI0 (PC3) can connect to PC13 with key (KEY_B).
