  This demo is based on the GD32G553Q-EVAL-V1.0 board, it shows the I2C programming 
mode in slave transmitting mode.The I2C pins are as follows:
  SCL--PA9
  SDA--PA8
  In addition,the master and the slave may need to be connected by 
the jumper if necessary.I2C communicate in 10 bit addressing mode.
  This demo does not actually perform data transmission, but it can be demonstrated in 
conjunction with Master_receiver. If the data(from 0x30 to 0x40) is transmitted,
LED1 is on. Otherwise, LED1 is off.
Note: the Slave should start before Master.
