  This example is based on the GD32C231C-EVAL-V1.0 board, it shows how to configure
the comparator port output.

  CMP0 is configured as following:
  - Inverting input is internally connected to VREFINT = 1.2V.
  - Non Inverting input is connected to PA1.
  - Output is internally connected to port output(PA6).

  when enable the switch mode, PA1 is connected to PB2.

  Connect PA6 to LED, then LED will turn on and off when the CMP0 output
level changes.
  While PB2 is lower than VREFINT(1.2V), PA6 output low  and LED is off.
  While PB2 is higher than VREFINT, PA6 output high and LED is on.
