  This example is based on the GD32F3X0-EVAL-V1.0 board, it shows how to reload the 
FWDGT counter. 
  In this demo, the FWDGT counter value is set to 625, In this case the FWDGT 
timeout is set to 1s, the value in the delay function is set to 450ms, the FWDGT
counter can reloaded normally and LED2 keep flashing.
