  This example is based on the GD32M531R-EVAL-V1.2 board, it shows how to use TIMER1
overflow event to trigger group F I/O pin output;

  EVIC is configured as:
  - PF8 and PF9 are selected as group F member
  - TIMER1 overflow event is trigger source of the group F
  When TIMER1 overflow event arrives, the output levels of PF8 and PF9 are switched.

  After system start-up, PF8 and PF9 pin level changes can be observed through the oscilloscope.
