  This example is based on the GD32M531R-EVAL-V1.2 board, it shows how to use cptimerw to synchronize gptimer and timer by evic;

  In this example four timers are used:
  1/CPTIMERW is configured as master timer:
  - The CPTIMERW CH0 and CH1 compare match event is used as trigger output.

  2/TIMER0 is slave for CPTIMERW:
  - PWM mode is used.
  - The CPTIMERW CH0 compare match event is used as input trigger by EVIC.

  3/GPTIMER0 is slave for CPTIMERW,
  - PWM mode is used.
  - The CPTIMERW CH0 compare match event is used as input trigger by EVIC.

  4/GPTIMER1 is slave for CPTIMERW,
  - PWM mode is used.
  - The CPTIMERW CH1 compare match event is used as input trigger by EVIC.

  The frequency of CPTIMERW, TIMER0, GPTIMER0/1 is fixed to 180MHz, TIMERs counter frequency is: 180MHz/180=1MHz.
The PWM frequency is 1MHz/1000 = 1KHz.
