This example is based on the GD32L233R-EVAL-V1.1/GD32L235R-EVAL-V1.0 board, it shows
how to use the TRNG peripheral to generate random 32-bit number. After the system start-up,
LED1 is on. If application initialize the TRNG module successfully, it will print success
message using USART to PC HyperTerminal, otherwise it will print error message. When TAMPER
KEY is pressed, application trys to get the random 32-bit number and print the data to
PC HyperTerminal.

The USARTx is configured as follows:
   - BaudRate = 115200 baud
   - Word Length = 8 Bits
   - One Stop Bit
   - No parity
   - Hardware flow control disabled (RTS and CTS signals)
   - Receive and transmit enabled

On the GD32L235R-EVAL-V1.0 board, JP23 and JP24 must be jumped to USART.
