  This demo is based on the GD32450I-EVAL-V1.2 board, this example shows how to configure 
the TLI peripheral to display two Layers at the same time and how to use IPA blend 
the foreground and background images to the destination image.

  In this demo, layer0 is configured to display the destination memory buffer. Once this 
demo is run, tow different images are displayed on LCD. Press the USER button to see the 
result of the blending.
