  This example is based on the GD32VF103R-START-V1.0 board, it provides a description
of how to use TIMER and EXTI to control LED. It uses Mini USB interface to supply power.
User button key, LED and GD-Link are also included.

  After system start-up, firstly, LED1 and LED2 is flashed once for test. The user can toggle
the output state of LED1 by pressing the User key. Connect PA6(TIMER2_CH0) and PA5
with DuPont line. The LED2 will be toggled every 500ms.
