This example is based on the GD32E235F-START-V1.0 board, it provides a description
of how to use TIMER and EXTI to control LED. It uses Mini USB interface to supply power.
User button key, LED and GD-Link are also included.

After system start-up, firstly, LEDs are flashed once for test. The user can toggle
the output state of LED2 by pressing the User key. Connect PA6(TIMER2_CH0) and PA5
with DuPont line. The LED1 will be toggled every 500ms.

On the GD32E235F-START board, LED1 is connected to PA1, LED2 is connected to PA2.
User key is connected to PA0.
