  This demo is based on the GD32207i-EVAL-V1.2 board,this example shows how to display 
on LCD an animated picture saved at FLASH.

  The animated picture is the display of a sequence of images with a determined 
frequency to be seen like one animated image.

  After LCD initialization, LCD layer 0 and  LCD layer 1 configuration, an image 
is displayed by layer 0 on LCD as background, an animated picture by layer 1 on LCD 
as foreground.
